The four-course prix fixe menu costs $88 per guest plus tax & gratuity. Wine pairings + $45.
1st course
Torched Icelandic Arctic Char Birch, maple & cedar syrup glaze, Icelandic Wasabi, spruce pickled onions, rúgbrauð crumpet
2nd course
Panfried Icelandic Cod Confit tomatoes, pickled cucumber, jalapeno mayo, popped quinoa, caramelized cauliflower puree, Icelandic bok choy, feykir cheese, creamy cod sauce.
3rd course
Grilled Loin of Icelandic Lamb Erring mushrooms. mushroom puree, broccolini, and lamb demi-glace. Served with smashed and panfried baby potatoes, smoked mayo, dill, chives, parsley, pickled shallots, and pickled yellow mustard seeds
4th course
Ganache of Skyr Brown cheese caramel, white chocolate crumble, raspberry compote, fresh raspberry, raspberry sorbet
